Free delivery over £75

We offer free delivery for orders with a total value of over £400

For orders under £400 there is just one delivery charge. This based on the highest delivery charge from products you have ordered.

1 - 3 day delivery

We aim to deliver your goods in 1 to 3 days, however please allow up 7 working days for delivery of your goods. For out of stock items we aim to deliver in 7 to 10 working days.

We will keep you informed by email if there is a delay. Please note that we require you to sign to accept your delivery. Our carriers cannot accept a signed note, however items can be left with a neighbour, with a signature.

If, upon delivery, the packaging covering your goods appears to be damaged, or you suspect that the goods may have been damaged in transit, please sign for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED and notify Rawgarden within 24 hours. This way we may effectively comply with our carrier company’s claims procedures.

Rawgarden cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of goods left unsigned for at your request.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated dates only and may be subject to change.

We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for deliveries at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
